* GUN RAFFLE RULES *

  • A maximum of 1000 raffle tickets will be sold.
  • Each ticket purchase will qualify as one entry into the raffle. Winners are not removed from the drawing and will remain eligible to win more than once.
  • By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess any gun(s) won, have intention of using the gun(s) only in a safe and legal manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of any gun(s) won. If a winner fails the federal background check and appeal, their ticket will be removed from future drawings.
  • Raffle drawings will be conducted weekly. Winners must accept the prize, as drawn.  All firearms listed are subject to availability. If the firearm is unavailable at the time of the drawing a similar firearm will be substituted.
  • You must be 21  years old and a legal resident of the United States to enter in to the drawing.
  • All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.
  • Winners must redeem their gun(s) at, Alpha and Omega Firearms,  1555 Robert Thompson Ln, Festus, MO 63028.
  • In the event winners need or wish to have the gun(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and, Alpha and Omega Firearms,  1555 Robert Thompson Ln, Festus, MO 63028
  • If a winner is drawn who lives in a community that does not allow that particular firearm, a store credit of $300 will be issued to the winner in lieu of the gun.
  • Guns are not transferrable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the gun.
  • If a winner is unable to pass the FFL background check and appeal, no prize will be awarded and a redraw will be conducted.
  • Winners will be listed by name, each week, on the RockCommunity/Local 2665 Raffle, Rock Community Professional Fire Fighters and Rock Community Firefighters Community Outreach, Facebook pages.
  • Winners will be notified by telephone and e-mail. In the event that the Rock Community Professional Fire Fighters are unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to contact the Rock Community Professional Fire Fighters to claim their gun.
  • All guns must be claimed, and transfer completed within 90 days of the drawing date. Any guns not claimed will become the property of the Rock Community Professional Fire Fighters.
  • The Association makes no warranty of the firearms. Winners are to deal directly with the manufacturer or dealer in the event of problems.
  • The liability of the Rock Community Professional Fire Fighters, and its Members, is limited to the purchase price of the ticket obtained.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, including those where the winner’s background check fails to pass.
